Polyester (Plain and Metallized) & BOPP (plain and Matt) are laminated to different varieties to paper like glassine, maplitho, poster, board etc. It has got excellent clarity, gloss, printability, machinability & tensile strength that makes it best suitable for printing & lamination. These films performed outstandingly on all types of packaging machinery. It is also used for window lamination in which the products is visible from outside from the window film, which gives a modern packaging look.

The film is moisture-proof, immune to gases having good resistance to acid, alkalis, organic solvents, grease and oil. Metallization of plain film increases barrier to gas, moisture and light which is then consumed for sandwich lamination between three layers laminates preferred for many food products. Both plain and metallized film are therefore best suitable for making cartons of cigarettes, razor blades, biscuits, snack foods, bakery products, soaps, tooth brushes, toys, mitthai / saree boxes, disposable syringes etc as well as used for lamination of book covers, poster magazines, journals, annual reports etc.

These films are best alternative to traditional packaging material like cellulose film, aluminum foils, coated paper and PVC films etc. due to its marked superiority in terms of transparency, barrier properties, versatility and sheer aesthetic.
